SHIPPING

Shipping charges varies according to your orders and quantity. To find out your shipping charges, simply update your postcode in your shopping cart. Shipping charges will be shown as you go through the checkout process.

On most occasions the couriers company will deliver your order without you needing to sign for it. We have found this method called AUTHORITY TO LEAVE WITHOUT SIGNATURE (ATL) the most convenient. If you are not home the courier will leave your order outside your door. You do not have to collect your items from the couriers depot if you are not home to sign it. Please note: we will not be held responsible if your parcel is delivered and then stolen from your front door/premises. Should you wish to be home to receive your order, please notify us by email as soon as you placed your order and we will supply you with the couriers consignment note number. You can then contact them to find out the day of delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

New merchandise which prior to any use, you believe has a manufacturers flaw, may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. There is NO WARRANTY for product misuse.

Any returns of non-faulty products will be at the customers expense. You will be reimbursed only for the cost of the products (not the initial freight cost). A 15% restocking fee will also be incurred (this amount will be deducted from your reimbursement).

General Information

The prices listed are inclusive of GST.

A return delivery fee will be charged for any orders that have been shipped and are subsequently cancelled.

A REDELIVERY FEE will apply should the recipients details be provided incorrectly.
